Blaze mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama") aracılığıyla toplanan kişisel verileriniz, yukarıdaki veri sorumlusu tarafından 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında aşağıda açıklanan şekilde işlenmektedir.
Uygulamanın teknik altyapısı, veri sorumlusu adına veri işleyen sıfatıyla Emrah Karakaş (bağımsız yazılım geliştiricisi) tarafından yönetilmektedir.

Veri işleyenin kişisel verilere erişimi yalnızca teknik destek, hata ayıklama ve bulut altyapısı (Google Firebase, Sentry) yönetimi amaçlarıyla sınırlıdır. Veri işleyen, kişisel verileri veri sorumlusunun talimatları dışında hiçbir amaçla kullanamaz, üçüncü kişilere aktaramaz ve ticari amaçla işleyemez.

Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki yöntemlerle toplanmaktadır:
- Doğrudan sizden: Uygulama kayıt formu aracılığıyla (telefon numarası, ad-soyad, e-posta)
- Otomatik olarak: Uygulama kullanımı sırasında cihazınızdan (bildirim tokeni, cihaz bilgileri, hata raporları)
- QR kod işlemi sırasında: Puan kazanım ve harcama işlemlerinde (işlem verileri)
Kişisel verileriniz, hizmet sunumu için aşağıdaki veri işleyenlerle paylaşılmaktadır:
- Google Firebase — Firestore veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama (Auth) ve bildirimler (FCM): Avrupa Birliği sunucuları (europe-west1 — Belçika). Profil bilgileriniz, işlem geçmişiniz ve bildirim onaylarınız bu sunucularda saklanır.
- Google Firebase — Bulut İşlevleri (Cloud Functions): Amerika Birleşik Devletleri sunucuları (us-central1). QR kod doğrulama, puan kazanımı, hesap oluşturma, hesap silme ve personel yönetimi gibi işlemler bu işlevler aracılığıyla gerçekleştirildiği sırada verileriniz kısa süreli olarak bu sunucularda işlenir.
- Sentry: Hata raporlama (Avrupa Birliği sunucuları)
- Apple / Google: Uygulama dağıtımı ve push bildirim iletimi
Firestore veritabanında saklanan kalıcı verileriniz Avrupa Birliği sınırları içinde kalmaktadır. AB ülkeleri, KVKK Kurulu tarafından yeterli korumaya sahip ülkeler olarak kabul edilmektedir.
Verileriniz üçüncü taraf reklam verenlerle paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz.
- Hesap bilgileri (ad, telefon, e-posta): Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır; hesap silindikten sonra 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir
- İşlem verileri (puanlar, ücretsiz içecekler): Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır; hesap silindiğinde anonimleştirilir
- Bildirim tokeni: Çıkış yapılana veya hesap silinene kadar saklanır
- Hata raporları (Crashlytics): 90 gün (otomatik silinir)
- Hata raporları (Sentry): 90 gün (otomatik silinir)
Saklama süresi sona eren veriler, periyodik imha dönemlerinde (6 ayda bir) silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.
KVKK'nin 11. maddesi uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşleme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK'nin 7. maddesindeki koşullar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- Düzeltme veya silme işlemlerinin, verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
- İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
Yukarıdaki haklarınızı kullanmak için blazecoffee77@gmail.com adresine yazılı olarak başvurabilirsiniz. Başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır.
Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, verilen cevabın yetersiz bulunması veya süresinde cevap verilmemesi halinde, cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün ve her halde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet başvurusunda bulunabilirsiniz.

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Profil > Hesabı Sil seçeneği ile silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz; işlem geçmişiniz anonimleştirilir, kişisel tanımlayıcılarınız kalıcı olarak silinir.

Blaze, Blaze Coffee Shop'a ait bir sadakat programı uygulamasıdır. Müşteriler alışverişlerinde QR kod taratarak puan kazanır ve belirli sayıda puana ulaştığında ücretsiz içecek hakkı elde eder.
- Bu uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir; 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcıların veli veya vasi onayı ile kullanması beklenir
- Her kullanıcı yalnızca bir hesap oluşturabilir
- Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz
- Hesabınızı başkasına devredemezsiniz
- Puanların nakdi değeri yoktur ve paraya çevrilemez
- Puanlar yalnızca Blaze Coffee Shop'ta geçerlidir
- Blaze, puan programının kurallarını değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar; değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilir
- Hileli veya kötü niyetli kullanım tespit edildiğinde hesabınız askıya alınabilir
Blaze Coffee Shop, sadakat programını değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler en az 30 gün öncesinden uygulama içi bildirim yoluyla duyurulur. Mevcut ücretsiz içecek haklarınız duyuru tarihinden itibaren en az 30 gün boyunca geçerli kalır.
- Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır
- Teknik arızalar, bakım çalışmaları veya internet bağlantı sorunlarından kaynaklanan kesintilerden Blaze Coffee Shop sorumlu tutulamaz
- QR kod tarama sırasında oluşan teknik sorunlardan dolayı kaybedilen puanlar için sorumluluk kabul edilmez
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Yalova mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

The technical infrastructure of the App is operated on behalf of the data controller by Emrah Karakaş (independent software developer), acting in the capacity of data processor.

The data processor's access to personal data is strictly limited to technical support, debugging, and management of cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase, Sentry). The data processor may not use personal data for any purpose other than the instructions of the data controller, share it with third parties, or process it for commercial purposes.

Your personal data is collected through the following methods:
- Directly from you: Via the app registration form (phone number, name, email)
- Automatically: From your device during app usage (notification token, device info, error reports)
- During QR code transactions: When earning or redeeming points (transaction data)
Your personal data is shared with the following data processors for service delivery:
- Google Firebase — Firestore database, Authentication, and notifications (FCM): European Union servers (europe-west1 — Belgium). Your profile data, transaction history, and notification preferences are stored on these servers.
- Google Firebase — Cloud Functions: United States servers (us-central1). During QR code validation, point transactions, account creation, account deletion, and staff management, your data is processed on these servers for the duration of the operation.
- Sentry: Error reporting (European Union servers)
- Apple / Google: App distribution and push notification delivery
Your persistent data stored in the Firestore database remains within the European Union. EU countries are recognized by the KVKK Board as having adequate data protection.
Your data is never shared with third-party advertisers or sold.
- Account data (name, phone, email): Retained while your account is active; permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Transaction data (points, free drinks): Retained while your account is active; anonymized upon account deletion
- Notification token: Retained until logout or account deletion
- Crash reports (Crashlytics): 90 days (automatically deleted)
- Error reports (Sentry): 90 days (automatically deleted)
Data past its retention period is deleted or anonymized during periodic destruction cycles (every 6 months).
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK
- Request that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
- Object to any adverse outcome resulting from automated analysis of your data
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data
To exercise your rights, you may submit a written request to blazecoffee77@gmail.com. Your request will be processed free of charge within 30 days.
If your request is denied, the response is found insufficient, or no response is received within the deadline, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) within 30 days of receiving the response, or within 60 days of the original application if no response is received.

You can delete your account from within the app via Profile > Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible; your transaction history will be anonymized and your personal identifiers will be permanently removed.

Blaze is a loyalty program app for Blaze Coffee Shop. Customers earn points by scanning QR codes during purchases and receive free drinks upon reaching the required number of points.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this app; users under 18 are expected to use the app with parental or guardian consent
- Each user may create only one account
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- Accounts are non-transferable
- Points have no cash value and cannot be converted to money
- Points are valid only at Blaze Coffee Shop
- Blaze reserves the right to modify the loyalty program rules; changes will be communicated via the app
- Accounts may be suspended if fraudulent or abusive usage is detected
Blaze Coffee Shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification. Existing free drink credits remain valid for at least 30 days from the announcement date.
- The App is provided "as is"
- Blaze Coffee Shop is not liable for interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or connectivity issues
- No liability is accepted for points lost due to technical issues during QR code scanning
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Yalova, Turkey shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
